Real Time Deconvolution with Single Channel Capture

If the Real Time Deconvolution module is present, and the Multi-channel Capture module is absent, you can preview and acquire single channel images with your real-time deconvolution settings applied.

Select the ‘Deconvolve’ check box in Real Time Deconvolution settings (found on the Settings tab of the Video Preview panel).  Your deconvolution settings are applied in real time to both the video preview and acquired images and movies.
